新型コロナ:《重要》トランプ大統領の指針＆明日からスタートするベイエリアの対策

コロナウィルス関連で日に日に深刻さが増しているこの頃。
毎日、めまぐるしく状況が変わってます。
今日はトランプ大統領からかなり大きいアナウンスがありました。
今後の指針についてです。今後15日間で適応されます。

10人以上で集まるのを禁止
これって相当強いメッセージですよね。
社交の場を避けて、人と接触するなということです。
国全体で徹底して広げるのを防ぐように、というメッセージです。

また、コロナウィルスが落ち着き普通の生活に戻れるのは７月か８月ごろになるか、さらに伸びるかもしれないとも言っています。

そして、ローカルなことでいうと
ベイエリアではさらに厳しい
「自宅待機」が決定しました。
ベイエリアの670万人が対象です。生活が大きく変わります。
英語で「shelter in place」っていうんですね。4/7までの適応です。延長の可能性を感じますが。
これが何かっていうのを簡単にいうと、スーパーと病院以外は外出禁止ってことです。
友達とスタバでお茶したり、髪を切りに行ったりもだめ。子供のプレイデートもだめ。

These essential services will remain open:

City/County government services: Police stations, fire stations, hospitals/clinics and healthcare operations, jails, courts, garbage/sanitation, transportation (including Muni), utilities (water, power and gas), and certain city offices. Use online or mobile services whenever possible.
Gas stations
Pharmacies
Food: Grocery stores, farmers markets, food banks, convenience stores, take-out and delivery restaurants
Hardware stores/plumbers
Banks
Community benefit organizations on a case-by-case basis
Laundromats/laundry services

ガソリンスタンド、銀行、スーパー、薬局、役所などは開いている。
どうなのかなと思った公共交通はやっている。
スーパーは短縮営業や時間変更が増えているので確認して行った方が良さそうです。うちの直近のセーフウェイは明日は9am-18pmにするって言ってたかな。かなり短縮してそうでした。
トレーダージョーズは開店前から人が並び、入場規制してるみたいです。ディズニーランドみたいですね。
レストランはテイクアウトとデリバリーのみの営業です。
スーパーで食料買えなくても、テイクアウトという手は残ってます。

What can't I do?何をしたらダメ？

You cannot engage in group activities in person with others.

You cannot have dinner parties. You cannot invite friends over to your home to hang out.

You cannot go to bars or nightclubs.

You cannot go to a nail salon or get your hair cut by a stylist or barber.
You cannot go shopping for non-essential goods.

You cannot take unnecessary trips on public transport or in your car or motorbike.

家に友達をよんじゃダメ！！ネイル、ヘアサロンだめ。
まぁ、厳しいとはわかっていましたが
ここまではっきり書かれるとやっぱり深刻さを感じます。

ずっと家にいたら息がつまるし、近所の仲の良い健康だとわかってる友達が家に来ることくらいはいいんじゃないかと思っていたのですが、誰がウィルスを持っているかわからないわけですから徹底して人と離れてねってことですよね。
やっぱりこのウィルスの感染力は半端ないってことです。
